Aceccse II Factory Officially Put into Operation

As one of the major projects in Hangzhou Qianjiang Economic Development Zone, the Phase II project of Aceccse was officially completed and accepted in 2022, and officially put into operation in 2023.

The project site of Aceccse (Hangzhou) Composite Materials Co., Ltd. is located in the core area of Hangzhou Qianjiang Economic Development Zone, with very superior geographical conditions, a total construction area of 62,838m², and a total investment of over 250 million RMB.

Aceccse's non-metallic inner fiber fully wrapped gas cylinder is the first batch of domestically produced LPG IV type gas cylinders with independent intellectual property rights. It is also the first technological innovation in traditional LPG steel cylinders in 60 years. The existing LPG gas filling market in China all uses traditional steel cylinders for gas storage and transportation, and the major drawbacks of steel cylinders have become the main reasons restricting the sustainable development of the LPG industry. Steel cylinders are heavy and difficult to transport, easily corroded in humid and hot areas such as the eastern coastal regions, and prone to explosion in fires, all of which seriously threaten the safety of gas users.

Our team started to contact the LPG IV cylinders in 2012, officially started the research and development work in 2013, and successfully developed and mass-produced the LPG IV cylinders after 6 years. They collaborated with domestic related units and institutions, mainly participated in the drafting of the first national group standard for IV cylinders in China, contributing their efforts to the development of domestic IV cylinders.

Aceccse's annual production of 2 million high-density polyethylene inner liner glass fiber fully wound cylinders project has received high attention from the district committee and government, as well as the Qianjiang Economic Development Zone. After the Phase II factory is put into operation smoothly, it will provide more high-quality and safer LPG cylinders for the whole country and even the world. It will provide strong hardware support for the health and sustainable development of the LPG industry!
