Aceccse (Hangzhou) Composite Co., Ltd. was established in 2016. It is an enterprise specializing in the research and development, production and manufacturing of IV type composite material cylinders. It is a national high-tech enterprise, a technology-based small and medium-sized enterprise in Zhejiang Province. It is the drafting unit of national group standards in the field of IV types of composite gas cylinders, and is also the first domestic enterprise to obtain the manufacturing license for B3 non-metallic liner composite fully wound gas cylinders.

Our company has more than 60,000 square meters of modern factory buildings, 4 internationally leading fully automatic composite material gas cylinder production lines, and an annual output of 2 million LPG composite material gas cylinders.

    The cylinders have passed the design appraisal and type test of domestic authoritative institutions, and obtained the production license for non-metallic liner composite gas cylinders issued by the State Administration for Market Regulation.

  • The cylinders successfully passed the German TUV Rheinland ISO11119 and EN12245 certifications, and were delivered to foreign user lines in batches.


    The group standard Liquefied Petroleum Gas High-density Polyethylene Liner Glass Fiber Fully Wound Cylinder drafted as the main writing unit was registered and passed the three new reviews of the Special Equipment Safety and Energy Saving Technical Committee of the State Administration for Market Regulation.

    The company hired a team of well-known foreign experts and introduced the world's most advanced fully automated production line with an annual output of 300,000 composite LPG cylinders.

Production

Our company adopts German automated production lines with a total investment of over 200 million yuan. It took six years to develop the composite LPG cylinder sealing and structural design system, completed the composite gas cylinder process technology preparation and upgraded a full set of composite LPG cylinders. Intelligent manufacturing production lines, as well as a full set of composite pressure vessel testing and testing equipment.

Our production line has the following advantages:

Innovative fully automatic shaft loading and unloading process, saving time and effort
One-mold two-cavity design blow molding process, the inner tank is integrally formed
Automatic welding process, product quality is more stable
Plasma inspection, replacing natural flame treatment, is more energy-saving and safer
Glass fiber full winding process adopts a quick glue change system, alcohol recovery can be recycled, and it is more environmentally friendly
