The cylinder is made of high density polyethylene (HDPE) liner with glass fiber fully wound. It is highly resistant to corrosion and is uniquely designed to make cylinders safer from explosion in a fire.



The outer shell is made of corrosion-resistant plastic, which will not fall off due to rust. The exterior color will be maintained all the time.

  • The certification is carried out by TUV Rheinland.
  • Our composite cylinders have been systematically tested by international institutions and have been certified to international standards and regulations such as ISO11119-3, EN12245, ADR/RID 2015 and DIR2010/35/EU.
  • All quality control procedures at the plant are in compliance with ISO 11119-3, ADR/RID 2015.
  • Each cylinder manufactured shall be pressurized to 1.5 Ph test pressure as specified in ISO 11119-3.
  • In accordance with ISO 11119-3, each cylinder produced is tested for air tightness at a test pressure of 1.5 Ph.
  • Environmental cycle test, one cylinder per production lot for pressure cycle test (12000 cycles)
